Default RBI Exam Pattern and Syllabus

Next year I will apply for RBI Grade B Exam. I want to start preparation for this Exam from this week. So can anyone tell me about pattern and syllabus for RBI Grade B Exam?

RBI Grade B Exam Pattern:


The Exam Paper will be in:
Phase I
Phase II

Phase I:
Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Sections: 04
General Awareness,
English Language,
Quantitative Aptitude and
Reasoning

Phase II:
Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Paper-I on English (writing skills);
Paper-II - Economic & SocialIssues and
Paper-III - (optional subjects) - Finance & Management/ Economics/ Statistics

Phase-I: Objective Type - 2 hours - 200 marks

Phase-II: Three Papers - 300 marks
(a) Paper-I - online- English-( writing skills)- 1(HALF) hours - 100 marks
(b) Paper-II - Economic and Social Issues - 1(HALF) hours - 100 marks
(c) Paper-III - Optional Paper (Finance & Management/ Economics/ Statistics) -1(HALF) hours - 100 marks

Interview: 50 marks
The interview will continue in its existing format.

Age Limit:
21 -30 Years

Educational Qualification:
Minimum 60% marks in Graduation as well as 10th and 12th

Syllabus:
English (Writing Skills):
The paper on English shall be framed in a manner to assess the writing skillsincluding expression and understanding of the topic.
