SMU transfer update form

Provide me the SMU transfer update form. I need it.

SMU is the Southern Methodist University.

For filling the form you have to enter the information asked like, your name, address, etc..

The application fee for the first update is free but for the subsequent updates it will be charged as 60$.

If you are paying the check then it must contain the student name in clear handwriting and the update fee.

It is a must that the information which you enter must be true because you have to take the responsibility of your own.
