I have got 3,000 Rs. from my Life Insurance and now I want to make its fixed deposit (FD) in South Malabar Gramin Bank. I heard that South Malabar Gramin Bank has increased its interest rates for FD. Is it true? Please provide me Interest Rate given by this Bank on FD and tell me what should I do avoid TDS?
