St. Xavier's College is one of the most prestigious liberal arts colleges in India and has been awarded A+ in the re-accreditation by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) The College was established by German Jesuits in 1869.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) admission

Students with Class XII from approved Boards have to apply for a provisional eligibility certificate issued by the University of Mumbai at the time of admissions through the College.

Candidates who accept the offer of admission to the College will be given the prescribed application forms for provisional eligibility.

Documents required for admission-

a) Class XII Statement of Marks

b) Pass Certificate

c) Migration Certificate

At the time of admission the candidate must submit the Class XII Marksheet in original and two attested copies of the same and one attested copy of other relevant documents -

1. Class XII Marksheet – (Original + 2 attested copies)

2. Baptism Certificate (For the Minority community - Christians)

3. Caste Certificate (for reserved category)

4. Documentary Evidence regarding special category status

FEES:

The total fees, including deposits and laboratory fees, as sanctioned by the management board, St. Xavier’s College – Autonomous are -

1. F.Y.B.Sc. Rs. 6,175/- (approx)

2. S.Y.B.Sc. Rs. 5,155/- (approx)

3. T.Y.B.Sc. Rs. 6,105/- (approx)

4. T.Y.B.Sc. (with Computer Prog./Science) Rs. 6,955/- (approx)

The Reserved Category Candidates (i.e. SC,ST,VJNT,DT,SBC & OBC) will be entitled to exemption of certain fees as prescribed by the Government
