TISS CSR Empanelment

Hello sir I am here as I want to know the eligibility criteria of NGO Empanelment at TISS- National CSR Hub so will you please tell me the eligibility criteria??

Hey!!!! In recognition of TISS’s expertise in Social and Human development field within and outside the country, the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government Of India has designated TISS as the Hub for facilitating Central Public Sector Enterprises to define/ deliver welfare and development to Indian people for Inclusive Growth


The core objective of the CSR Hub would be to enable PSE’s to define, design and implement holistic CSR initiatives that are integral to its organisations’ vision, mission, values and goals.


Eligibility Criteria for Empanelment Application

-Completion of minimum of 3 years from date of registration

-Registered under any of the following only:

The Societies Registration Act, 1860

Registered with the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950

Indian Trusts Act, 1882

Section 25 of Companies Act, 1956



The HARD COPY of documents (to be sent by registered post) MUST contain the following:

-The envelope/folder must bear the name of the applicant.

-A cover letter with the organisation’s basic details (name, geographical areas of current operations, thematic areas of current operations, contact person, contact address, email id, phone numbers). all details are mandatory

-A checklist mentioning the documents attached. This must be signed by an authorized signatory.

-A copy of the duly filled in application form.

-All documents must be arranged in the following order:

-Registration Certificate, mandatory

-Registration Certificate under Section 12A under Income Tax Act, 1961, mandatory

-Audited Accounts of last three years, mandatory

-IT Exemption Certificate under Section 35(i), if available

-IT Exemption Certificate under Section 80G

-Acknowledgement of Income Tax Return along with IT Return filed (last three years), mandatory

-FCRA Certificate (if any) and latest copy of FCRA Return FC-3

-Pan Card xerox mandatory

-Annual Reports of last 3 years, mandatory

-Narrative Project Report or any other report of the organization (preferably reviewed by an external organization)
