Cost of the Application Form Rs. 100/-
The filled in Application form should be submitted along with the Original and Attested copies of eligibility certificates. This is mentioned below.

Eligibility;
Applicants must have 10th Mark Statement / Any Age Proof Certificate
Applicants must have 10+2nd Mark Statement / Diploma Certificate
Degree Certificate
Two sets of Photo copies of the above documents with attestation by any gazette officer.
