The Paul Merage School of Business is the business school at the University of California, Irvine. It is one of the universitys 14 academic units. The current Dean is Eric Spangenberg

Admission Requirement
An overall GPA of 3.0 is preferred. If your overall GPA is lower than a 3.0, the Admissions Committee will take into consideration your undergraduate institution attended and major,

All applicants are required to take either the GMAT or GRE. There is no advantage to taking one exam over the other

The minimum score required for admission is 600 for the paper-based test or 80 for the Internet-based test. TOEFL scores are valid for up to two years from your test date.

Submissions of letters of recommendations are preferred using the form through our online system. However, letters received in the mail, will be accepted if received in a signed and sealed envelope directly from the recommender.

One essay is required. The essay should illustrate your professional accomplishments, career goals, and values that you will bring to the Merage School Full-Time MBA program.

While work experience is not a requirement for admission, the vast majority of MBA students have an average of five years of full-time work experience.

The non-refundable application fee of $150 must be paid by credit card through the online application system.
