UGC Scale for Librarian

I have applied in UGC approved University or college for Librarian post so here I want to know about UGC pre revised pay scale for assistant librarian?

As you looking for the pay scale for the Librarian so we are providing you some information about it.

Assistant Librarian/ College Librarian:
In the past scale of pay of Rs. 8000- 13500 shall be placed in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 with AGP of Rs. 6000.

Assistant Librarian (Sr. Scale)/ College Librarian (Sr.Scale):
In the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs. 10000-15200 shall be placed in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with AGP of Rs.7000.

Ph.D. degree holder in Library Science :
AGP of Rs. 7000 with in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 after completing service of 4 years in the AGP of Rs.6000
