The application may be forwarded and attested by:-

The Principal of a Degree College or the Head of Post – Graduate Department concerned in the case of a regular candidate

1st Class Judicial Magistrate or the authority who signed his/ her permission cum Admission form in the case of a private candidate

In case of regular candidate, the certificate will be sent to the Institution through which he/ she appeared in the Degree Examination.

Additional ` 5/- to be deposited with the Degree fee as cost of application form
