University of Pune admissions to foreign language

I want admission in certificate program in German language at University of Pune but I don’t know what the admission procedure is and from where I can get the application form for applying for this program. So I want your help. Please describe the admission procedure and tell me how I can get the form and also tell me what eligibility I should have to apply.

The University of Pune has a department of Foreign Languages through which it offers many programs in German, French, Russian, Japanese and Spanish. To get admission in certificate program, you must have done SSC/ CBSC/ ICSE with 10th standard or must have equivalent qualification.

Admission procedure:
To provide admission in certificate program, the university prepares a merit list.

In 2012, the university invited application form for admission in this program and candidates had to apply online. But the last date is over now, so you can not apply for this year.
