I am getting apply in distance education but I heard about urban & regional planning in India but I don’t know what is the mean of it so can you please provide me detail information about it?

Dear Sir,
I have done M.Sc in Geoinformatics and BCA. Presently I am working as a GIS Expert. I have 4 years of experience. Now I want to do M.Plan from distance mode. So regarding M.Plan I want some information. Is there any procedure to do M.plan from distance? and am I eligible or not for M.plan(Distance Mode)? If I am eligible then tell me the criteria of admission?
