Duly filled in proforma of the University Identity Card to be downloaded from NUJS website
Duly filled in Hostel accommodation/exemption form
Undertakings with respect to absence of any of the above in the University prescribed proforma (to be downloaded from NUJS website)
Passport and Visa (For Foreign National candidates)
All relevant documents and formats already uploaded on the NUJS website for NRI/NRI sponsored candidates and W.B. Domicile candidates.
Any proof of identity like Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card, etc. + 1 self attested photocopy of the same for Indian Nationals
