According to me NALSAR (National Academy of Legal Studies and Research) University PRO offers outreach programs through NALSAR Proximate Education which is Correspondence Courses and Distance Education Programmers, to know more here I will get information for you.

Eligibility
Should have bachelors Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University;

Candidates appearing for the final year examination of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. However they need to submit their Degree certificate before September 30, 2017 for completion of their admission process.

Simultaneous enrolment in programmes of NALSAR Proximate Education / other Universities

As per the Distance Education Councils policy, candidates are not allowed to pursue two Degree Programmes simultaneously.

However, a candidate can pursue two programmes simultaneously through distance mode or combination of distance and regular mode from the same or different Universities / Institutions in various combinations, viz.,
