IRMA was founded in 1979 at Anand, Gujarat with the support of the Swiss Means for Growth Cooperation (SDC), the Government of India. It was established in 1979 by Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation. IRMA based organization of academic excellence and thought leaders in management education. This institute is National Dairy Development Board to provide support to co-operatives and rural growth systems in India. It is offered management based program.
