Initially the Institute began with the postgraduate degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management M.I.R.P.M recognized by A.I.C.T.E since 1995. The postgraduate course in Business Administration M.B.A was started in 1996 with specialization in Marketing Management. The Institution is all set to include further specialization in Financial Management and Personnel Management in the coming academic year 199899.
