XLRI fellowship programme
Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a Doctoral level (Ph.D.) programme. The FPM is a full-time, residential, doctoral programme that trains prospective scholars to become highly skilled and innovative researchers and teachers in several faces of management.

Eligibility
Applicants for the FPM should have a Master’ s degree or its equivalent in any field with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) , with a Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification obtained after a lower limit of three years of education after completing higher secondary education or equal and three years of relevant work experience.
