Mata Nanki Girls Hostel-II of Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar was made available to the students from the session 1992-1993 with 201 students. Block ‘H’ and ‘I’ each with 28 rooms were built in the year 2001.

Various cultural activities like lohri celebrations, teej festival and DJ nights are organized in the hostel with heavy participation from the resident students.
