Hii Buddy , I want to Crack AILET Law Entrance Exam , Here any one can please tell me what is the Required Eligibility , Application and Exam Pattern ?

Students Who Crack AILET are Eligible to Pursue B.A. L.L.B (Hons), L.L.M and Ph.D Degree Programs on a Merit Base.

There are 80 Seats in B.A. L.L.B course, 20 in L.L.M

AILET Eligibility:

Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or equivalent Examination with not less than 50% of marks in the aggregate

Candidate should be below 21 years (23 years in case of SC/ST candidates) as on 1st of July of the year of the exam.

Candidates who have appeared in Class 12th exam in May or April same year may also apply.


Application Fees :

Fee of general category aspirants 3000-/ only
Fee of SC/ST category candidates 1000-/ only
Person with Disabilities: 200/-

Total Marks: 150

Total number of questions: 150

Duration of the Examination: 1 hour 30 minutes

General Knowledge (Current Affairs, General Science, History, Geography, Economics, Civics) 35 Marks
Legal Aptitude 35 Marks

Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability) 10 Marks

AILET Pattern for LLM Entrance Exam :

Total Marks 150
Duration 90 Minutes
Questions and distribution
Subject areas Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Legal Theory
Objective Type 100 questions of one mark each
Essay One Essay of 50 marks on a topic of law from the above subjects.
Total questions 100 (objective type) and 1 (Essay)
