I am giving you AIPMT Cutoff Marks list which is following:

Year 2007 it was 285 marks(out off 600).
Year 2008 it was 188 marks(It was too hard)
Year 2009 it was 300 marks(out off 600)
Year 2010 it was 111-168 for each section
Year 2012 it was 400-287 for each section
