What is the procedure of downloading the BARC PHD Application Form? Can you give me the application form…? What is the cost of the form if I download it from this website?

Date for Written Test/Interview 06th Jul, 2018

PhD Eligibility-

For Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences:

You should have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent from a recognized university or institute with minimum 50% of marks.

If you have a M.Sc. or equivalent degree and have an aptitude for research in Engineering, you may also be considered for admission.

For Ph.D. in Science or Mathematics:

You should have a M.Sc., M.V.Sc, M.Pharm. , MBBS, or equivalent from a recognized university or institute with minimum 50% of marks.

If you have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree and have an aptitude for research in Science or Mathematics, you may also be considered for admission.

Selection Process

You will be selected on the basis of an All India written test conducted at the national level and approved by Academic Council.

However, if you have qualified JEST, NET, NBHM, DBT, GATE, DST Inspire examinations, you are exempted from appearing for the written test.

If you are shortlisted, or have qualified for the above exams, it will be followed by a Selection Interview by an expert committee nominated by Director of CI (Constituent Institutions).
