I have cleared my BSC Computer Science and now I am looking ahead for my future so please can you give me the advice for the Best Thing which I can do after completing my BSC CS?

First of all congratulation for successfully clear of BSC Computer Science course. After this course if you want to continue your study then MCA or M.Sc. Computer Science should be good option for you or if you want to apply for job than you can apply in IT sector and get good job in computer programming and networking field. You can also get job in computer database field.
