Bharati Vidyapeeth University MCA Entrance Test

Hii I am preparing for the MCA entrance test organized by Bharati Vidyapeeth university so can you please provide me some information about the dates for the examination and also tell me the paper pattern for this examination ?

The Bharati Vidyapeeth University is one of the largest universities in India.
The BVU was founded in 1964 in Pune.
The BUV aim is to bringing about intellectual awakening of people and for preparing manpower capable of contributing effectively towards national development, particularly economic development.

For taking admission in the MCA course from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, the BUV conducts an entrance exam called BCAT, the details are as given below:

Bharati Vidyapeeth University MCA Entrance Test:

Eligibility:
The candidate should have gain at least 50% (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate at graduate level university examination.

The Candidates who are presently studying in the final year of Bachelor's degree course can also appear for the entrance test.

The knowledge of mathematics / Statistics at 12th class level or higher level is essential except for BCA, B.Sc. (Computer), BCS graduates.



Application Procedure:
The candidate that apply for admission to MCA program should submit the application form, filled on line.
If payment is done through DD the send this form along with DD of Rs. 1,700/- towards Form fee + Entrance test fee through bank draft on any Scheduled Bank on any branch of Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. drawn in favour of "The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, payable at Pune.

The Completed application form along with payment of entrance test fee is to be submitted on the following address:

Online application form:
A candidate those want to take admission in MCA course & want to apply online they can get the application forms from the official website of the BVU.



Exam pattern:
The BCAT exam pattern is as follows:

Duration of the B-CAT: 2 and half hours.

The B-CAT total marks are 200 marks.
The B-CAT consists of 200 multiple choice questions one mark each with 4 alternatives.
There is no negative marking.
