Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has released the recruitment of Engineer Trainees in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering and Metallurgy.

Candidates must have valid GATE scores to be eligible for recruitment.

The Application process of the recruitment was held from January 4 to February 1, 2016.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering /Technology or Five year integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics Engineering/ Metallurgy from a recognized Indian University/ Institute

Age Limit:

Candidates must be 27 Years

29 years for candidates having two years’ full time Post Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration/ Management

SC/ST:
OBC (NCL): Relaxation by 3 years

Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation will be as per extant Govt. rules.

Physically Challenged Candidates: Upper age limit is relaxable as follows

by 10 years for General
by 13 years for OBC (NCL)
by 15 years for SC/ST

Application Fee:

Fee payable: Rs 260 to be paid in any of the branches of State Bank of India across the country, to “Power Jyoti A/c 31170378124” only through the challan to be downloaded while filling the application form.

SC/ST/PH and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of this fee.

Emoluments:

During training period, basic pay of Rs 20600/- in the scale of pay of Rs 20600-46500/- will be paid.

After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers in the scale of pay of Rs 24900-50500/- with a basic pay of Rs 24900/-

Total Cost to Company will be 8 lakhs as Enginer Trainees.
