BHU Ayurveda BAMS/B. Pharma Entrance Test

I want to take BHU BAMS/B. Pharma (Ay) Entrance Test so please give me information of its eligibility , seats, pattern of the examination and also tell me the dates of examination ?

The Banaras Hindu University conducts PMT exam for providing admission in BAMS /B.Pharm course.

B.Pharma: The University has 5 seats in the program for Foreign Nationals/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates. Nationals and NRI Candidates don’t need to take ant entrance test.

Seats:
BAMS (50 seats)
B. Pharm. (33 seats)

Eligibility:
For BAMS: to get admission in this program, candidates must have done 10+2 or equivalent with not less than 50% marks for General and 45% for General-PC candidates and 40% marks for OBC#/SC/ST and respective PC candidates.

For B.Pharm:
To get admission in this program, General / OBC and respective PC candidates must have done 12th with 60% marks and SC/ST and respective PC candidates with 55% marks.

Distribution of Seats – BHU PMT 2013
BAMS (78 seats): General – 36; Foreign National – 3; OBC* – 21; SC – 12 and ST – 6;

B.Pharm. (33 seats): General – 17; OBC* – 9; SC – 5 and ST – 2. Three percent seats are reserved for Physically Challenged (PC) candidates on horizontal basis in the above courses.

Last date for submission of forms by foreign nationals: July 15, 2013
BHU PMT Screening exam: May 8, 2013
BHU PMT Mains exam: June 12, 2013

Candidates can get the form from the branches of Bank of Baroda located at following places:

By post:
Candidates can also get the form by post by sending a written request by Registered Post with Crossed DD/Bankers Cheque of Rs. 1600/- to the office of the Director (PMT-Cell), Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221 005.
