Following are the eligibility is required for doing PhD form Banaras Hindu University:

Eligibility:
The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination securing the minimum percentage of marks and a minimum of 50 marks in Academic Record.

The candidates appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination may also apply but their results should be declared on or before commencement of counseling.
