I want to join BHU (Banaras Hindu University) for doing PhD degree searching for admission details. Will you please provide me details about Banaras Hindu University Research Entrance Test (RET) through which admission done also tell what the entrance fees and dates to apply?

BHU (Banaras Hindu University) notifies Phd Admission twice a year for January and July session respectively.

BHU RET: Banaras Hindu University Research Entrance Test (RET) is a paper-pen based research entrance test directed for PhD Admission in BHU.

BHU RET consists of three stage namely

Test A: Test to assess Logical and Analytical Capability
Test B:Test to assess Subject Knowledge
Test C: Research proposal and Personal Interview

Ph.D aspirants need to clear each stage of this exam in order to be considered for BHU Ph.D. Admission.

Entrance Fee:-

SC/ST - Rs 250/-

Others - Rs 500/-

BHU RET 2019 Exam Dates:-

RET [FOR ADMISSION TO PH.D. PROGRAMMES]

TEST A : Sunday, 30.09.2018 from 09.00 hrs to 11.00 hrs

TEST B : Candidate(s) should visit the entrance test portal of the University (Banaras Hindu University : Entrance Exam) regularly after 2nd week of November for the results of the RET, names of the shortlist candidates in each discipline and date/time and venue of test.
