Eligibility
Candidate must have citizenship of India. However, French Nationals under the Treaty of Cession are also eligible to apply through CENTAC 2016

Candidates must have passed (or appearing) his/her HSC Examination conducted by the board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or the equivalent.

Candidate must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 (40% for OBC/BCM/MBC/EBC/BT/SC/ST category candidates)

Applicants must have studied Mathematics and Physics as two compulsory subjects in their 10+2 along with anyone of these as optional subject- Chemistry / Bio-Technology/Computer Science / Biology (Botany and Zoology)

Application Fee:
For General category candidates- Rs 500 (Rs 750 for two courses; 1000 for three courses)

For SC/BT category candidates- Rs 250 (Rs 375 for two courses and Rs 500 for three courses).
