Recruitment Process –

Recruitment Process is generally 4 stage process which includes

Group discussion
Online Aptitude Test
Technical interviews for Test Shortlist
HR discussion for technical shortlist

Eligibility
-Must have Consistent academic record of minimum of 70% or equivalent CGPA as per the respective university norms in X, XII, UG and PG (if applicable)
-No pending backlogs will be allowed at the time of recruitment process
-Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
Flexibility to work in Shifts and in any Cognizant Location
- You need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate (all subjects taken into consideration) in the pursuing degree
