Default Re: DU in Linux Command

The Linux DU command is used for summarizing the disk usage in terms of the file size.

It can also be used with the folders to get the total disk usage.

Various flags are used in it.

‘A’ flags are used to show the disk usage of all the files and directories. If the flag is not used then just the directories that are occupying some disk will be listed.

The next flag is ‘H’. it is used to get the output in the human readable format.

For the examples of the Linux DU Command I am attaching a file here. Please see it.
