The Executive Post Graduate Certificate in General Management EPGCGM (formerly EEPGM) offered by Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode is designed exclusively for working professionals.

It provides formal management education to working executives to prepare them for senior managerial positions in the organizations.

It equip the participants with the management concepts, tools and techniques to help take more effective managerial decisions and build upon participants' existing knowledge and help develop managerial perspective.


Eligibility and Participants

Working professionals with minimum of 5 years work experience after graduation (Bachelor Degree/CA/ICWA) with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA can apply.

The applicants of these programmes form an interesting mix of working professionals from varied backgrounds like IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing.


Selection
For EPGCGM, the selection is based on executive Management Aptitude Test (eMAT) conducted by IIMK every year followed by interview.

The classes would be generally held on the following days and time:
Tuesdays 6.45 pm - 9.45 pm
Saturdays 6.45 pm - 9.45 pm
Sundays 9.00 am - 12.00 pm OR 3.30 pm - 6.30 pm
