All India Institute of Medical Sciences releases the notification for Entrance Examination for getting admission in the Post Graduate programs (MS, MD and MCh) in the month of August.


Eligibility Criteria :

Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Candidate must have completed the internship till 30thJanuary 2017.

If it is one day later, then also you will not be eligible to apply for the same.

Candidate must have done an MBBS degree with minimum 55% marks for general and OBC whereas for reserved category, minimum 50% marks are needed.

Application fee

You will have to pay the fee of Rs. 1000.

Register yourself and you will get a login ID and password.
Login and then after checking the details, proceed to pay the fee.

Important Dates

The Online registration will be commenced from – August 2016
Deadline for registration – September 2016
Admit card will be uploaded from – October 201
AIIMS PG 2017 Entrance Exam – November 2016
Result will be out – November 2016

Exam Pattern :

There will be total 200 MCQs.

This exam will last for only 180 minutes for MD/ MS exam.

For each wrong answer, 0.33 marks will be deducted whereas 1 mark will be given for each correct answer.
