Eligibility for UP TET

I live in UP, & want to take part in UP TET exam, so tell me what is eligibility for UP TET exam required, or tell me from where I can download?

Here is the eligibility for UP TET:

UP TET eligibility:
For Classes I-V

The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary with at least 45 percent marks.

The candidates who are appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2 – year Diploma in Education in Special Education is also eligible.

The candidates with BA / B.Sc. with at least 50 percent marks and B.Ed qualification can also apply.

For Classes VI-VIII:
The candidates should have B.A. / B.Sc and those appearing in final 2 year D.Ed. / B.A. /B.Sc. with at least 45 percent marks and passed B.Ed / Senior Secondary with at least 50 percent marks.
