The Emmanuel College offers Master of Science in Management (MSM) Degree program.

With Emmanuels Management programs, practical knowledge and real-world management training come together to build a successful career.

Master of Science in Management (MSM)

Their management master’s degree program is uniquely developed to get you ready for a real-world leadership role.

Seven-week courses are offered throughout the year and the Master of Science in Management program can be completed either in-person or in a blended online or in-person format.

Requirements-

Completed Admission Application

Official transcripts from all regionally accredited academic institutions attended are required.

Two Completed Recommendation Forms

Admissions Essay-

Candidates must submit a 500-word (minimum) essay addressing the following:

Identification of educational goals and expectations in seeking the graduate degree or certificate of choice.

An example of how prior experiences will be utilized to make a special contribution to this graduate program and the learning of others.

The description of a challenging professional situation in which options were critically analyzed, a decision was reached and leadership was utilized to initiate change.

Description of professional work experience including any special certifications.

The candidatees name should appear on all pages of the essay.

Course structure-

The Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree requires 36 credits (11 courses).

A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher is required for completion of the MSM degree.

Management courses are offered in face-to-face evening or online formats in seven week sessions which are conducted throughout the calendar year.

All MSM courses are 3 credits unless otherwise noted.

MSM9015 Financial Management
MSM9018 Leading Effective Teams
MSM9019 Negotiation and Conflict Management
MSM9022 Changing Economies
MSM9025 Operations Management
MSM9028 Managing Diversity in Contemporary Organizations
MSM9029 Management Information Systems
MSM9034 Strategic Planning and Management
MSM9038 Capstone Seminar (6 credits)
