Employee’s state insurance corporation pune is applicable for the:
1. Factory where 10 or more people working
2. Non power factory where 20 or more than workers

Under the act of Employee’s state insurance corporation

Shops
Hotels & Restaurants .Cinemas, including preview theaters, Road Motor Transport Undertakings and Newspaper establishments are also included

Employee’s state insurance corporation pune provides coverage when worker of the factory go through this:

Medical
Sickness
Maternity
Disablement
Dependant

The medical representatives and other touring staff who remain on tour for more then 7 months in a year are also eligible to seek exemption under this ESIC act.
The coverage for employee’s is decided on the basis of wages he is getting it may be fixed or by daily wages. The coverage is in accordance with the amount of salary he is getting .with respect his salary shouldn’t exceed 10,000.
The coverage remains the same if the strength of the factory comes below to number of 10.
