Hello Guys , I want to get Admission in Army College of Dental Science , Here can you please tell me how to fill Application form and List of Documents Need to Be Enclosed with Application Form ?

Army College of Dental Sciences Secunderabad Conducts Post Graduate Written Admission Test – PG WAT for Master of Dental Science – MDS Course Admission at ACDS Secunderabad

Eligibility Criteria ;

For BDS Program

Candidates should have completed their Intermediate education or its equivalent and scored at least 50% of marks. They should have studied Chemistry, Physics and Biology at intermediate level.

Eligibility Criteria MDS Program

Candidates must hold a BDS degree from a university which is incorporated under a state or central act or recognized by the dental council of India or registered with any state dental council.

Application Form :

Application form needs to be filled correctly and it should be completed in all its aspects.

After filling up the application form candidates are required to enclose necessary documents.

Duly-filled application form along with requisite documents should reach to Principal ACDS, Secunderabad.

Application without photograph is not valid and no such cases will be entertained.

Completed application form need to be sent by Registered post with A/D or speed post.

List of Documents Need to Be Enclosed with Application Form :

Age proof (you should match with age mentioned in Mark sheet of class 10 or SSC or its equivalent exam.
Passing certificate or appearing 10+2 from CBSE board or its equivalent test
Correspondence address
GAP Affidavit
Undertaking given by students and parents at the time of counseling

Selection Procedure

Candidates will get admission based on their performance in the entrance exam. Admission to BDS program will be done on the basis of score acquired by candidates in Combined Written Admission Test (C-WAT) whereas admission to MDS program will be done on the basis of PG – WAT score.
