No you are not eligible to apply for DNB course after passing DCP course . MBBS students can apply for DNB course

Diplomate of National Board, D.N.B is a Post Graduate Degree Courses conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE).

DNB Eligibility
You have to passed MBBS course from a well recognized university
And you have to completed one-year internship and passed CET will be registered for DNB training in Broad Specialties.
