Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Faculty vacancies on permanent basis.

Eligibility Criteria-

Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science as relevant for post-1, 2

Bachelor degree in Agriculture/ Veterinary Science for post-3

Secured minimum 55% marks or minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (MCGPA) of 3.00 in 4 point scale or 7.00 in 10 point scale at the Masters degree level in disciplines of Veterinary Science as relevant to the requirement of the post (discipline(s) to be specified in the advertisement), from an Indian university or a foreign university.

Age Limit:

Candidates age should not be more than 38 years on the last date of submission of application.

Age relaxation is applicable to the in service candidates of AAU, who have put in at least 15 yrs. of continuous service.

Application Fee:

Candidates required to pay Rs. 300/- for General and Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates in the form of challan copy (may be downloaded from the University website) deposited at Powerjyoti Account of the University lying with the State Bank of India, AAU Jorhat Branch (A/c No. 33019714091).
