I have completed plus two and want to take admission in BHU. Please provide me some basic details about it.

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is a good university, which is situated in the holy city of Varanasi. This innovative university was founded by, Pandit Mandan Mohan in 1961, who was a great nationalist leader.

The Banaras Hindu University admission to Graduate and Post Graduate courses for the National students is based on Entrance Tests which is generally held during the period- of May-June.

The Entrance Tests are held at National Level. The Entrance Test Admission forms can be usually available in February-March every year.
The students who clear the exams are awarded seats.

The Qualification is around 50-60 %. And there are 60 hostels (including 17 Girls Hostel) in the campus.
