Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by BRNS, under the supervision of Prof. Ramakrishna Vadrevu, Department of BIological Sciences, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

Title of the Project:
Sequence based design and characterization of peptide-amyloid nano material: Exploring functionality

Duration of the Project:
3 years

Project position and number:
JRF (1)

Fellowship Amount:
25,000 p.m (for NET Qualified)

Eligibility Requirements:
A First class Degree in (i) M.Sc Life Sciences or NanoScience or Biotechnology,
(ii) B.Tech Biotechnology (iii) ME/M.Tech Biotechnology with First Division (60%) or equivalent from recognized University.

Candidates should posses lab skills/industrial (R&D) exposure, strong background in cloning, molecular biology, protein expression and purification. Handling FPLC/HPLC and other analytical instruments such as UV-Vis Fluorescence and Circular Dichroism spectrophotometers will be a plus.

CSIR-UGC NET (including LS); GATE, Biotechnology Eligibility Test, JEST, JGEEBILS, NBHM Ph.D. scholarship screening test/ICMR JRF Entrance Examination/ICAR qualified candidates may be preferred.
