Now the result for the PHD entrance exam is not published on the official website of Burdwan university when it is published then we are also updated it on our website .

Now I am providing you some information about the PHD entrance examination :
Written test for all the subjects will be held as per following programme:
Date of the test : 22.01.2013(Arts & Com.etc), 24.01.2013(Science)

Commencement of test : 12 noon
Reporting time : 11-30 a.m.

Duration of test : 2 hours
Venue of the Examination : D.D.E Building, Golapbag, B.U.

Mode of selection:
For selection at the Ph. D. course work, a candidate has to obtain minimum qualifying marks of 50% or as may
Be determined by the appropriate authority at the written test. Qualified candidate, at the written test, be compulsorily
required to appear at the interview test & must obtain minimum 50% marks or as may be determined by appropriate
authority and will have to pursue Course Work.
