Union Public Service Commission UPSC has released the rec ruitment notification for the post of Assistant Commandant AC in Central Armed Police Forces CAPF.

The last date to apply for the recruitment was 08th April 2016

The UPSC CAPF AC Exam 2016 was held on 26th June 2016

Name of Posts: Assistant Commandant

Eligibility Criteria-

Degree in concerned discipline with good academic records from well recognized University

Candidates appearing in degree exam can also apply

Age Limitation:

Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 25 years

Selection process-

Selection of candidates based on the following-

Written Examination

Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests

Interview/Personality Test

Final Selection / Merit

UPSC CAPF Exam Pattern:

General Ability & Intelligence:

This paper will have MCQ type questions.
The question paper will be available both in English and Hindi.
The total mark will be 250.

General Studies, Essay & Comprehension:

In this paper the candidates will have the option of writing component either in Hindi or English.
The medium of writing will only be English for Precise, comprehension, other language skills.
The maximum marks for this paper will be 200.
