The Indian Institute of Science Bangalore is set to conduct entrance test for Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) on 06 November 2016. The candidates who wish to write the examination are required to fill the application form, which released on 18 July 2016.

The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana is an on-going National Program of Fellowship in Basic Sciences, initiated and funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to attract exceptionally highly motivated students for pursuing basic science courses and research career in science.
