I am planning to pursue UG degree from Charotar University of Science and Technology – CHARUSAT. Can you provide basic details about CHARUSAT University Library and collections available also provide me eligibility criteria and process for taking admission?

Charotar University of Science and Technology – CHARUSAT is established under the Gujarat Act No. 8 of 2009, Government of Gujarat.

Library details:

The Knowledge Resource center (Central Library) – a proud partner in the institute’s march towards its vision, plays a vital role in acquisition, organization and dissemination of knowledge.

The Resource Center contains 59,000 books, 350 magazines, access to 12982 online journals, 1600 ebooks, 3400 CD’s.

Eligibility Criteria
10 + 2 Pattern and Std. 12th from Science Stream.
Candidate should appear in JEE of the current admission year.

Admission Procedure

Admission procedure is as per the norms and rules defined by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (Technical), Govt. of Gujarat.

Admissions are on merit basis.
No Donation or Capitation fees are taken for Admissions.
