The Medical Oncology department of CMC vellore treats people with cancer using medicines. The department specializes in the treatment of cancers with chemotherapy and other biological therapies.

The Medical Oncology services are provided by a multidisciplinary team which includes Medical Oncologists, Physicians, Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, and Pastoral Care professionals. This team provides care through all stages of cancer care including supportive care whenever needed.
