CPMT Forms For

I live in UP and I want to fill up the UPCPMT Forms but I have no idea of it so please tell me from where to get CPMT forms for the year 2013? And tell me what the syllabus of C.P.M.T 2013 is.

I am giving the important dates of UPCPMT 2013 for your reference. Go through it. The forms were available in the official website from 7th April 2013. You can apply till 11th April 2013. The entrance examination will be given on 25th May 2013. The forms will be available only in the month of April 2013. Wait until then.
