Re: DIET CET Education Qualification DIETCET is the entrance test which is conducted for offering D. Ed by Government of Andhra Pradesh School Education Department. One is given option to choose the language as per wish. Qualified Candidates will be offered to pursue District Institute of Education and Training Common Entrance Test. Eligibility for DIET CET • To apply one need to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from the recognized University of India or State. • One who belong to General and OBC categories are required to pass +2 with aggregate marks of 45%. • Applicants of SC and ST categories are required to score minimum 40% in 10+2. • One appearing for +2 exams is also eligible to apply for this entrance examination. Age Limit for DIET CET One should complete 17 years of age. Important Dates in DIET CET 2017 (Tentative) • Online Registration starts from the month of April, 2017. • Last date for receipt of application fee through is on May, 2017. • DIET CET 2016 Test is conducted in June, 2017. • Date of Results is in last week of June, 2017. AP DEECET 2016 Exam Pattern The Division of Marks and eligibility criteria The Question Paper of DEECET contains 100 marks with objective questions. Part-A (60 Marks) Part-B (40Marks) Part-A is common to all applicants. Subjects 1. Teaching Aptitude - 5 Marks 2. General Knowledge - 5 Marks 3. English - 10Marks 4. Telugu - 10Marks 5. Maths - 10Marks 6. General Science -10Marks 7. Social Studies -10Marks Part – B is optional.( any one of the following ) 1. Maths 40 Marks 2. Physical Science 40 Marks 3. Biological Science 40 Marks 4. Social Studies 40 Marks Part- B: 1. Mathematics 1st Year Mathematics - 20 Marks 2nd Year Mathematics - 20 Marks TOTAL - 40 Marks 2.
