I want to know the difference between Common Management Admission Test CMAT and Karnataka Management Aptitude Test KMAT exam?

Common Management Admission Test CMAT exam is a National level while Karnataka Management Aptitude Test KMAT exam is a state level management test.

CMAT exam

Common Management Admission Test is a National Level Common Admission Test- is conducted by AICTE twice in a year for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE.

CMAT Eligibility-

Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration.

KMAT exam

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test KMAT, is conducted by Karnataka Postgraduate Colleges’ Association (KPPGCA) for admission to to Management Quota seats left vacant after centralised counselling into MBA ,PGDBM and MCA courses in colleges of Karnataka

KMAT Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree from any discipline i.e. science, humanities, commerce, computers etc from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects.
