Difference Between Indian Engineering Services and Engineering Services Examination
 

Is there any one who can tell me about difference between Indian Engineering Services (IES) and Engineering Services Examination? Actually recently I have completed B.Tech from IIT Delhi. Now I want to appear in Govt. Competition Exams, so some one suggested me for Engineering Services Examination and some one for Indian Engineering Services (IES). So please give difference between both exams.
