Well at present you can’t apply for the DNB CET the last date to apply was the 26 Aprl 2016

To apply for the DNB CET you can follow the below process

Visit the official site of the DNB

At the top you will find the link for the DNB CET registration

Fill the details and submit the online application fees and you are registered

Application Fee is Rs. 4500/-
