IPU CET is a common entrance test conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for offering admissions to various undergraduate engineering courses.

On the basis of merit rank obtained in IPU CET, candidates will be offered admissions to its affiliated institutes.

Admit card of IPU CET 2017 will be available online tentatively in the last week of April. One can download IPU CET 2017 Admit Card by entering login ID and password.

IPU CET Eligibility Criteria

One must have passed class 12th from a recognized board.

One must have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics, and must have passed in all these subjects separately.

One must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective or functional).

One’s age should be at least 21 years as on the test date.


IPU CET Exam Pattern

IPU CET question paper will be in English language.
It will comprise a total of 150 questions.
Candidates will be given 2:30 hours to complete the paper.
For every right answer, the applicant will get 4 marks.
For every wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
IPU CET Exam will be conducted in offline mode (OMR).
For marking and writing on the exam paper, only black ball pen shall be used.
